Refund Policy

Slim Signal is designed to work — for real women, in real lives. If it doesn't work for you, we don't want your money. Below is how our guarantee works in practice.

The 7-day money-back guarantee

If within 7 days of your purchase you start the program and feel it is not a fit for you, email support@slimsignal.shop with the subject line "Refund" and we will refund the core program in full.

What is covered

  • The core 21-day program ($47).
  • Any order-bump added at checkout (e.g., Recipe Vault +$17) purchased with the core program.

What is not covered

  • Requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date.
  • Requests where there is clear evidence of abuse (e.g., the buyer resold or distributed the content).

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@slimsignal.shop with the subject line "Refund".
  2. Include the email you used at checkout and a one-line reason (helps us improve).
  3. We will confirm within 2 business days and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

No questions asked — but one ask

If you had a specific issue with the program, please tell us what happened. We read every refund email personally and we use it to improve the program for the next woman who needs it.

Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, please email us before disputing with your bank — we can almost always resolve it faster than a chargeback and without impacting your account. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to our payment processors.
